To initiate a return:

  2. RMA Number: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Package the item securely, including the RMA number inside the package.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approval Notification: You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or issue caused by us.
